You’ve trained for it. You’ve felt the intensity. Now get ready to experience HYROX Sim round two.
Our second HYROX Simulation event arrives at Active 9BX on Sunday 31st May. For one day only, Active 9BX once again transforms into a HYROX‑style race floor. Whether you joined us for the first simulation or you’re stepping in fresh to sharpen your prep for an upcoming event, this is your chance to test your pacing, push your limits, and experience the demands of a real HYROX race without the pressure of the official start line.

CATEGORIES
We'll be kicking off the day with half singles from 9-9:50am, followed by singles from 10:20am-12:30pm and finally doubles from 1-3:30pm. Time slots run every 10 minutes throughout the day with a 20 minute break between half and singles and a 30 minute break between singles and doubles.

The Half HYROX option gives you all the challenge, energy, and excitement of HYROX, but in a more accessible, confidence‑building format. Perfect for beginners, returners, or anyone wanting to try the HYROX vibe without jumping straight into the deep end. Come give it a go, build your fitness, and see what you’re capable of!

At Active Dundee, we know everyone trains differently. On the day, you’ll have the option to complete your runs on the indoor or outdoor track (weather permitting).
