BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP is the ultimate barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and strong. BODYCOMBAT
BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts inspired workout that’s totally non-contact and seriously empowering. Punch, kick and strike your way through fast-paced tracks designed to build fitness, strength and confidence. No experience needed, just bring your attitude and let off some steam!

BODYATTACK
BODYATTACK is a sport inspired workout that blends athletic training with explosive moves and simple, energising combinations. BODYBALANCE

BODYSTEP
BODYSTEP is an energising step based cardio workout that’s all about fun, fitness and feel-good movement. With options for every fitness level, you choose how high you want to step and how hard you want to work.

RPM
RPM is a high-intensity indoor cycling workout where you control the pace. Ceremony
